The American Institute of Marine Studies will entertain all reasonable offers with regards to our vessels for sale. In order for your offer to be considered there are three (3) easy steps to follow.

Number 1.

Please print and complete the AIMS Yacht Purchase Agreement document provided here.
(Need help filling out your Purchase Agreement, view this SAMPLE to help you.)

Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the document. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer already, click the link and you can install it in just a few minutes.

After completely filling out the AIMS Yacht Purchase Agreement, please be sure to sign and date the document along with a witness.
Please be sure and include your contact phone numbers at the bottom of the Yacht Purchase Agreement.

Number 2.

In the form of (U.S. Currency) Cash, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer, please make out a 100% refundable deposit for 10% of the offer you are making.
Example: $100,000.00 dollar offer would require a $10,000.00 deposit.

Number 3.

Take 10% refundable deposit check and completed yacht purchase agreement and mail to:

Note: It is recommended that one use a priority mail service to mail the offer for tracking purposes.
           It is also recommended that you fax a copy of the yacht purchase agreement and a copy of the 10%
           refundable deposit check to 954.772.8872.
